We fully cater for your celebration and event, supply all the food and even the amazing chef. Even though we specialise in hog roast and grilled meats, we can also cater for vegetarians and vegans.

We’re happy to travel for free within a 20 mile radius of Pembury. We can also travel all over the South East and further at an additional cost – through Kent, Sussex, Essex, London and Surrey and surrounding counties.

We are a mobile service based in Pembury, Kent. We will travel through Kent, Sussex, Essex, London and Surrey, and further. Our mission is to break away from the normality of event bars.

We can cater for anything both commercial and private, from corporate to weddings, then everything in between (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries). You can count on us to provide you with locally sourced hog roast & BBQ (free-range pork, lamb, chicken and beef) all cooked to the highest standards.

About Colin, an amazing chef and a lover of food

Colin is an amazing chef with a proven track record of success in both business and catering management. He is particularly experienced in new development openings through the implementation of efficient procedures and proactive sales strategies. He is also known for being a passionate foodie, creative and driven towards success coupled with strong organisational and communication skills. During his years as a chef, he has completed a graduate chef training program developed by Forte Hotel Group incorporating experience in a variety of 4 and 5-star operations including London’s Grosvenor House Hotel/90 Park Lane, Brown’s Hotel, Waldorf Hotel, Westbury Hotel, Café Royal and Long Lane Butchery. Colin was awarded a training stage in France which included 2 months each at Ecole Lenotre, Paul Bocuse and Roger Verge.

He also gained 2 years of valuable experience working under Jacques Chibois in a 2 Red Stars Michelin graded restaurant within a 4-star luxury hotel in France. In his vast experience, he has been a 2 Rosette chef, and has spent many years as an independent consultant and group executive development chef, launching numerous new ventures across Kent and Sussex. He has been performing live cooking demonstrations at local food shows.
